In a diverse multi-element deck, this effectively gives you several free energy per turn as you play cards of different elements. The more elements your deck covers, the more discounts you receive, making this the key relic for rainbow or multi-element strategies.
It synergizes powerfully with Inferno Core and Elemental Compass, since playing discounted element cards feeds the synergy engine at reduced cost, letting you trigger more synergies per turn. In a four-element deck, Void Prism potentially saves 4 energy per turn, which is more than Soul Bargain provides. However, in mono-element decks, you only save 1 energy per turn, making it far less impactful.
