Kill quickly before both debuffs take effect. At 78 HP, focused damage ends this in 3 turns. Block the 12-damage attacks on turns 2 and 4.
Bring Weakness removal to maintain your damage. Fire element cards help against the ice theme. Vulnerability makes your reduced damage still effective.
The combination of Weakness and deck pollution makes this enemy more dangerous than its stats suggest. Void element draw cards help cycle past Status Cards. In longer fights, the Witch's debuffs compound and become very annoying.
