Pattern is Barrier, Attack 12, Heal 8, Attack 20. The Priestess opens with 6 Barrier, making early damage partially wasted unless you can deal more than 6. Wait to play your big attacks until after the Barrier is removed, or use multi-hit cards that chip through it.
The heal on turn 3 is a safe turn to set up or apply debuffs. The 20-damage strike on turn 4 is the hardest hit, so save block for that turn. Poison is excellent here because it bypasses Barrier entirely and counters the healing.
Vulnerability amplifies your damage to burn through her 78 HP fast. Holy element cards are less useful since she also heals. Focus on sustained damage over burst to outpace her recovery.
