This dangerous Act 3 Elite follows: Strength +4, 2x16, Attack 28, Strength +4, Attack 38, Block 22. The opening +4 Strength means turn 2's 2x16 actually deals 2x20 (40 total). By turn 4 with +8 Strength, the 38-damage attack becomes 46.
This escalation makes the fight deadly if it drags on. Weakness is absolutely essential to counteract the massive Strength stacking. Apply it before attacks land.
Chill helps against the multi-hit turn 2 and the huge single strikes. Block very heavily on turns 3 and 5. The block turn 6 gives breathing room.
Kill the Seraph fast — every cycle adds +8 more Strength. Vulnerability paired with Burn and Poison for sustained damage helps race the clock. The Toxic Vial relic's opening Poison starts ticking immediately.
