Frost Empress is the Legendary Ice card, applying 3 Fortify (Block Buff), 1 Freeze, 5 Chill, and 3 Thorns for 3 cost. She is the ultimate Ice control card. Fortify adds +3 Block to every Block effect, turning all your block cards into powerhouses.
Freeze skips the enemy's turn entirely. Chill reduces incoming damage, and Thorns reflects 3 damage per hit taken. Level 3 adds +1 Fortify and level 5 adds another Freeze.
With Frost Heart relic, the amplified Block carries over. Void Prism reduces her cost if she is your first Ice card. Ice synergy triggers bonus Block from 2+ Ice cards, further amplified by Fortify.
Pair with Ice Armor, Frost Barrier, and Final Stand for enormous Block turns. Elemental Compass boosts the synergy. She defines the Ice control archetype and can single-handedly lock down fights.
