The Barrier provides permanent damage absorption that stacks across turns, while the Block handles immediate threats. Pair with Void Prism relic to reduce her cost if she is your first Holy card each turn. Crystal of Duality synergizes perfectly since her attack gives +3 Block and her Block deals +3 damage.
